This bench was exactly what I expected. Fit nicely in my hallway and gives room for guest to hang there coats on when they visit. It is very sturdy and was easy for my husband to put together.

I have ths in my entryway; looks great, matches my livingroom furniture. I use it to store my dogs leash, and other products, etc. I don't have one bad thing to say about this bench. It was easy to put together and looks great. I'm very happy with it.

I purchased this for my hallway and am very happy with the product. I wish the back were a little taller, but that is just my preference. I am planning to store snowpants, hats, gloves, mittens and scarves in it. Very pleased.

I bought this halltree as we needed a place to put our shoes when we come in the house and a place to sit while we remove them. This item has been perfect for our needs. It fits well in our small entry and looks attractive.
The precut holes for assembly were not placed perfectly and we couldn't get the spring/hinge to attach at all, but it works fine without it. The only other drawback is the wood plugs provided to fill in the holes over the screws. These never stay in well and I am afraid we will lose them.

We've used this hall bench as a mudroom "put your shoes on" area and it has been a great purchase! We wrangled for a year over what bench/coat rack to buy and finally chose this one. We have had it for 7 months now and so I think I've had a good feel for it's stability and I am very impressed. I have no complaints and would buy it again! I only gave it 54stars because I don't 5 star much of anything. If I'd had a choice, I would do 4.5 stars, though!
