Like the looks of the product. But, I only weigh 150 pounds and the swivel is quite rough, makes a slight noise when turning, and, at this time, does not appear that the mechanics of the swivel will last very long. I will not go through the hassel of returning this chair but will no longer buy mechanical (the swivel mechanism) furniture over the net unless I have an opportunity to actually see and feel the product in a merchandise outlet.
