A limited 5-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on recliner mechanisms and metal springs, including seat springs and back springs. A limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on sleeper mattresses and sleeper mechanisms. A limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on leather, upholstery, and cushioning. This is beautiful. BUT. =one side of the upper part has a small crack in the wood. My wife says only we will know it is there. Hope it does not get worse. This was well packed and very well designed. All's well except for the crack....
