We saw this bed on this website and it was the best price we had seen on the web so we call customer service to make sure they had the bed in stock. The lady helping us suggested we place the order through her as it would speed up the order shipping process so we went ahead and ordered it through her over the phone. Then we read reviews from this website and thought o no what have we done. The reviews were awful! But our experience was very good. [...] Everything was in perfect condition and all the parts were included! We use this bed every night! I would defintly order from this company again!

This bed is wonderfully large. It's big and heavy, but very sturdy, and it goes perfectly in our bedroom for the castle look that we were going for. Make sure you have tall/large decor items to balance it out--small trinkets and stuff won't look right. Overall, this bed is a beautiful and rare find, and if you have the room for it, you'll love it.

This bed looks like royalty! The pictures do not show the true beauty of this bed. You must see it to appreciate.
The directions were very easy to understand and assembly was a cinch! I am very pleased with my purchase!

the bed is oversized for a larger bedroom...perfect for our old world european stye home...we love our georgeous new bed and are very happy with the quality for the price! we would definitely recommend this product. make sure your room is large with high ceilings then this is the perfect bed for you!
