It is a good unit except that it does not connect to my computer to store long time data nor does it have the ability to transmit data to weather undergroung for my area.

It is very accurate, easy to read, my only complaint is there is no back light and it is in a dark corner. Haven't yet figured out how to get history but I would buy it again.

I had a LaCrosse weather station for 10 years when a faulty battery killed it. The battery company stood by their guarantee and sent me funds to replace the damaged unit. This is the replacement. It exceeded the performance of my previous unit at less cost. I check it often through out the day. The self emptying rain gauge is a new feature. Very impressed with it's performance .

Rain gauge never worked,the rest of the unit has been great till my wind meter cups fell off of my outdoor unit, the bearing went out,trying to find a replacement bearing now.
