The rack can be easily modified by attaching 2 inch wide strips to the front bottom of each rack. With this modification they are safe for Burgundy/Rhone bottles. Otherwise the bottles are unstable. Works fine unmodified for Bordeaux shaped bottles.

Cost is attractive and it is functional. I raised the bar in the front to make sure the bottles did not slip out but it is not quite deep enough.
Some nails were missing! Very irritating.
