A limited lifetime warranty is provided for all frames used in sofas, couches, love seats, upholstered chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. A limited 5-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on recliner mechanisms and metal springs, including seat springs and back springs. A limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on sleeper mattresses and sleeper mechanisms. A limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on leather, upholstery, and cushioning. I needed a leather sectional with a very specific size due to my odd shaped living room. I shopped around for months and this was the only small leather sectional I could find for a decent price. I went to [@] and they were asking[$]. All they would go down to was [$]. So I came home and found it on sofa street for[$] including tax and delivery. They delivered on time as scheduled. I am very happy with the couch. It is beautiful and comfortable. The true test will be how it holds up to the kids and dogs but so far I have a good feeling it will past the test. I would absolutley recommend this couch and sofa strett to anyone!
