Keetsa utilizes either an individually wrapped coil base or pre-consumer recycled foam base in their mattresses. The coil bases are made with recycled steel and individually wrapped to provide a supportive base while preventing motion transfer. Their foam bases utilize our innovative process of reclaiming their own scrap foam from the manufacturing process and mixing synthetic latex to create a recycled foam base material.

Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted between 30 and 60 days from purchase according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 15% return processing fee and $100 recycling fee, if eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging.
• We issue a credit upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping costs, and ship costs included in the product price like “Free” Shipping. If exchanging for another item of same or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived.

Comments:
It was a bit surprising when the mattress showed up in a rectangular box. The mattress had been folded and rolled up and then wrapped up to fit neatly in a easy to ship/handle box. It is heavy but the box comes with wheels so was fairly easy to move around and the set up was easy, just cut the plastic wrap and the mattress stretches out to its usable shape. We have been sleeping on the mattress for 6 months now and so it has been as hoped for. It keeps its shape and is a semi-firm mattress. Only years of usage will tell if it creates body pockets or not. Overall we have been happy with our purchase.
