Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, if eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging.
• We issue a credit upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping costs, and ship costs included in the product price like “Free” Shipping. If exchanging for another item of same or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived.

Simple is a good description. This bed gets the job done, but there is nothing noteworthy about it. The craftsmanship is non-existent as this is a machine/mass produced item built on the cheap in the pacific rim. The hardware is cheap, cheap, cheap and this bed will probably never survive to become an heirloom. I guess I got what I paid for, but it doesn't feel like it. It is mid-range quality and is overpriced for what it is - four boards with some legs. Not worth [$].
