After over 30 years of formulation for maximum comfort, Alexander & Sheridan working with Indonesia’s finest manufacturer of rattan furniture has developed the most comfortable furniture in the industry using the highest grade pole rattan with hand rubbed finishes.
Extensive wood screws and dowels are used in the construction of each piece. Rawhide leather bindings enhance appearance and add durability. Cushions are removable and you have your choice of our designer fabrics. Bar stools are available in counter height with 24 inch seat height or bar height with 30 inch seat height. Swivels are American made commercial quality 360 degree swivels.
If a customer should receive any item with any defect they simply require that they e-mail us a digital picture and if we see that there is a true manufacturing defect the item or part of the item will be replaced or repaired at no charge.

As noted, assembly is required, but fairly simple. An instruction sheet would save some time. The stools are nice, or nicer, than pictured and the swivel works well. My only complaint is the cushion color chart does not accurately reflect the color, the "Dodge" fabrics are a textured pinstripe with white making them lighter than pictured. Very comfortable[...]
