Purchased for family room to replace large piece of furniture. Put phone on table & 1 southwest lamp. Use bottom shelf for 1 surrond sound speaker.
Gave us more room than having large piece with the same items on it. Does not wabble on the rug as some comments said. Very sturdy and looks like an erloom that was taken very good care of. Design on top and sides is beautiful.
