Minimum storage space, but was perfect for the hall where I was putting it. Plenty of seating to put on shoes or boots and store the gloves, mittens, or dog leash.

What caught my eye for this product was that our foyer is exactly like that pictured. I didn't want to hide the nice trim and this bench allows it to show. Beyond that, it suits our purpose perfectly: gives guests a place to either sit to put on shoes or a place to toss a coat for a short stay. The small storage area is nice for a few scarves or mittens. I'm very pleased.

I had been searching online for a bench for my entryway and the foot of my bed. I happened upon this website and fell in love with the bench! Everyone who comes to my house compliments me on it and asks where I purchased it from.

The only negatives are that the first cushion I received was torn at one end. However, customer service was excellent and a few days later I had a brand new cushion at my door. Also, though I love having a bench near my garage door entryway, I don't use the bench for storage because the cushion is too long to facilitate easily lifting it. For that reason, I wouldn't be able to use it at the foot of my bed.

Also, one of the end pieces had a minor flaw in the wood, but it isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it, so I opted not to replace that piece. Despite the minor inconveniences, I love this bench and I'm glad I made the purchase. And because of the excellent customer service that I received, I would not hesitate to order another bench for the foot of my bed.
