TEMPO INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants the original owner (with proof of purchase) its iron metal product construction to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't usually write reviews but I had to on these barstools. I got the black matte finish with the ravenwood material. They are sturdy and heavy duty and will last forever. I am detail oriented and I could not find any imperfections. Love them!

The Somerset stool has a beautiful design coupled with comfort and functionality. Great for a Tuscan inspired home. Even though it's customized it arrived 14 days from my order date carefully packaged to prevent damage. The Bacova fabric is gorgeous with the cappuccino frame. While it's difficult to choose colors and fabric from online photo samples, I was able to get help from [...]on the frame colors. I ordered one initially to be sure it was right and then ordered 2 more. Great service! Great product! Just what I was looking for!
