TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for reasons of manufacturer’s defect only and may be subject to a restocking fee, if eligible for return.

It was nice to be able to choose the finish and fabric to get the look I wanted. More products should give all these options! There is just enough swivel to help a person get in and out of the stool, but not so much that someone is going to be tempted to twist back and forth. [...]. Couldn't be happier with these stools.
