Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging.

This company was so easy to work with. I order the wrong item and had no problem returning it and ordering the one I wanted. The color online looked a little green the company called to see if that was the color, it wasn't greenish. It came sooner then they said. When UPS brought it and I wasn't home, the company called to make sure I could be home to get it the next day so that the item wouldn't be returned. When I got the case it was beautiful. Great saddle color, soft leather, its just a really nice case. The person I bought it for loves it. Really, really nice, and a great company to work with.
