I searched high and low for the perfect stools to match the idea in my head. I found your website and these unbelievable stools that look better then I imagined. I use them everyday, I don't even use my dining room anymore. They are comfortable, beautiful and I am so glad I got them. What is not so great was that I originally ordered counter size instead of bar stool size. But the customer service department was incredibly , unbelievably helpful when I had to order the y bases for the size I needed. They constantly sent me emails to let me know the status of my order and when they said they would get back to me with information they always did.

The customer service was fantastic when I realized I needed to switch out the glass shades. The light fixtures are the exact touch I needed for my newly remodeled kitchen and the price was the best around.

The footboard is beautiful, and since we had purchased the headboard earlier in the year, it was especially gratifying to know it would match since our purchasing information was still current and able to be referenced for our convenience. This bench exceeded our expectations of how it was going to be constructed as well as it's finish. It is at the foot of our bed and is a great seat as well as having the extra storage we needed. The white colored pattern matched the headboard to a tee.

We purchased three bases without the tops because we wanted square glass tops. We are using them in our sunroom and can line them up together for one long table or just have one in the center and two on the side, or two in the middle and one on the side.

We purchased 5 barstools and 10 matching chairs for our new home in May 2006. We were able to send the company a wood sample, so they matched the chairs to our round table. The chairs arrived and were perfectly matched. Not only that, but we have three young children and these chairs have withstood serious abuse over the past two years without so much as a scratch! The wood finish is great for kids; we just wipe off the greasy fingerprints each day and they look as good as new. At a price of [$], these were one of the most outstanding purchases we made for our home!

IVG personnel were very helpful in ordering this unit for me, independent of a bed. The materials are top quality. The tent unit costs almost as much as the bed did however.

Had to order a back panel that was missing when I order a daybed from an online competitor. [...] I will definitely shop IVG stores again!
