If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if eligible for return.

Does not come with stairs on other side and could not figure out a good way to do it myself, which for the price I couln't complain :) took some work but was able to get the drawers to open the other way towards the inside and left the botton bunk off for a play area for the kids. Simple design but well worth the money. Some areas could have used a little more sanding/removal of splinters etc[...] Very easy set up. With the drawers off was easy for 2 people to get the stairs part upstairs. Also I didn't trust the 2 metal wires meant to hold up the mattress so I cut up 7 pieces of 1"x3" wood slats to put across the laid the mattress on top. Our daughters mattress is about 10" thick so adding another top rail was deffinitly a must. Cut out at top of stairs allows easy access to bed from stairs, hope this helped :)
