I purchased two of these chairs for guest rooms. My mother had complained there were no chairs for her to sit on to get dressed in the morning and that for an elderly person like herself the bed was too high for sitting. This is an excellent chair, sturdy, great finish. It came completely assembled [...]. I highly recommend this chair if you need hardwood chairs.

We were tired of wiggly chairs at the dining room table so I googled "restaurant chairs" and came up with these. They're wonderful! They're beautifully made, sturdy and comfortable. There was no assembly needed. I expect them to last many, many years.
My only complaint is that I had a hard time knowing when they would ship or did ship. The order status on the web page was not accurate. I called customer service a couple of times, and they were very good about calling the manufacturer to check on the status, but when the chairs actually shipped, I didn't get any notification or tracking info. I actually asked customer service for a new status the day they were delived.
