I use the belt to protect my hernia: it works. It's soft and comfortble, yet it provides the support I really must have. One will have to get used to the velcro aspect, but that was simple after only a few uses. The belt is comfortable even while not "sinched up," so you one can keep it on loosely and continue training without any hinderance to most other exercises. Worth The Money!!

I initialy bought this product for protection after hernia surgery at the suggestion of my Doctor. I use the belt every day at work and exercising. Great product design and materials. I am working on getting the Company to get these for 7 to 10 other employees. Thanks.

I moved into a new house, and this product protected my back muscles for the entire two days of moving. I have pulled my lower back multiple times, but this time (with the use of this product), I did NOT re-injure my back.
