Jean, Pastel Artist from Seattle, WA
I bought this cart for art supply storage, specifically for my pastels. Because there are no stoppers on the drawers, and because pastels are extremely fragile, I am working on finding stoppers that will work with this drawer system.
Given those caveates, this cart is a perfect solution for my storage needs. My pastels are now organized by color family and the cart sits beside my easel for easy access. The work surface allows me to place drawers on it while I am selecting the sticks I want to use for a particular painting. I love it:-)
The directions were easy to follow for putting the cart together, but a few issues were not addressed:
1. The wood is soft and not all the holes are pre-drilled to the same depth which means that some of the screws never completely catch. I highly advise using glue on all screw holes and joints to resolve this problem.
2. There were not pre-drilled screw holes for the casters on the bottom frame. To prevent splitting of the wood I used an electric drill to pre-drill the holes. If you don't own an electric drill I recommend borrowing one before putting the drawers together.
For the price, I am happy to deal with the issues I listed above. This cart is attractive and functional and meets my needs.

I bought this to use in the carport as a place to hold our recycle bin and odds and ends we use often. My only thing is that I wished it was a little taller like the one it replaced, but that in no way detracts from the product itself.

Although I have a fairly large L-shaped home office desk, I coveted the desk-top space the printer was occupying and it fits just nicely under the corner of the "L" (of the desk)and it wheels around very easily when needed, such as when I needed to find the printer serial number for a tech support call. I'm very pleased with this purchase and it is very easy to assemble, like the metro style metal shelving units. The only negative is that mine came with a nick on the top back of the wooden top shelf, but no one sees it and I decided not to try to replace it.

An incredible storage addition to our home office suite, and used for inkjet cartridges, paper, computer cables, camera gear, hiding chocolate from my wife, "working files", and whatever else is on my desk that should not be there... Excellent purchase.. We did not install the wheels because of wood floors.

Bought this to use as a portable sewing space. It's great! The quality is excellent, it was easy to assemble and it looks nice. I love that it's all wood, even the drawer bottoms. And it ships with the drawer pieces bundled so that you aren't trying to assemble from a jumbled bunch of pieces. I highly recommend this unit to everyone.
