My daughter helped me pick out this unit for my 67th birthday. Since the cartilage in my ankle is shot, my physical therapist said I needed a lo-impact workout. I had tried the NuStep at a store but settled on the PhysioStep because it was a better price. I could not be happier with my decision. Now I can get a cardio workout, my heart-rate up and stay healthy. Best yet, I didn't have to spend a ton of money!
