I had to purchase a dehumidifier for use in the desert due to health related issues. It quiet and efficient when running around the clock. I have had it running along with a full house air conditioner since i purchased it three months age. I am able to keep the humidity at a level 45% for the whole house, along with the A/C. I have had to keep the level at a constant % due to respiratory problems. My work experience is that of a medical nurse.
